yes it is back!.. year in year out..we get the HAZE.. every year its the same thing!! and it seems like nothing can be done!! we just have to tolerate and suffer!!..Its going to be a cycle - and it seems that we just have to accept the fact that once a year we will get the HAzE. and they want us to get used to iT~
People just dont take it seriously.. there are just complaints in the news.. but no action has been taken!!!..I really hope this year.. they will give a HEFTY FINE or some more SEVERE punishment - to those involved.. rather than just complain and complain and no actions are TAKEN!!. some one do SOMETHING!! fAST!!. its killing us softly!
