FRUSTRATED

Gosh.. i just dont know where to begin.. I was extremely PISSED off and frustrated today!. i have a cupboard that is just for Show... we cant use it.. even if i put things like TOwElS or BEDSHEETS - it will fall off. toThe screws are too short and the board is too soft!!!. Plus the doors all dont close!! (this contractor did my bathroom cabinets - the wet kitchen the study and the linen cupboard!!)

We have been contacting the contractor.. but they dont have any AFTER SALES SERVICE... Today when i got hold of the arrogant LADY. who claims her workmanship is better compared to SIGNATURE KITCHEN.. and kept insulting their work .. when she came to my house and saw my KITCHEN.. (which she sneaked into our place during renovation taking photos of my signature kitchen!!. saying.. WHY didnt we take her. she said we are only paying for "NAME".. her quality is so much better and much CHEAPER _ Wat a load of CRAPT!!!..

Today i really gave it to her NICE AND GOOD!.. Her guy came last weeek i was hoping to see her but she is TOO BUSY!!!.. everytime i asked him to do work he tells OH SO MUCH WORKK... and asked him to build new cupboards (for Kyle's bedroom) he didnt even take any measurements - this happened last week. When he left he promised to rectify the cupboard and send us quotes and drawings _ without any measurements i might ADD!!!So i waited and waited no news from them on when they are coming to rectify. no news on them on anything!!When i told the lady this she can even say" oh he is just our site contractor"" so i was asking her?? so u send him just for SHOW lah!!..

I called the lady today. asking her.. what happen etc to her great quality.. better than signature kitchen.. i really told her OFFF. saying she talks soo MUCH.. Empty WESSelS make the MOST NOISE!!!! plus.. i feel like taking her cupboard.. ripping it and throwing it back at her OFFICE!!!I told her before you put down other people's work.. Look at your own. Her cupboard is really A JOKE" cant even hold towels or bedsheets and she better come get it rectified!!!!!! Or i will go to her office and throw it at THEM!!..
